1. Who we are

Franca Engineering LLC is a structural engineering practice operating from Kissimmee, Florida. If you have a question about this policy or about information you have sent us, contact us at cleber@francaengineering.com or (848) 666-3407.

2. Information you send us

You only give us information when you choose to fill in a form or contact us. Depending on the form, that can include:

• Your contact details — name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number.
• Your project — the property address or county, the service you need, a description of the project, and whether you want rush service.
• Scheduling preferences — preferred day and time, if you ask for a call.
• Files you upload — surveys, site plans and photographs, in PDF, JPG, PNG or HEIC format. These are optional; the quote form works without them.
• Email only — if you use the permit checklist download form, that form asks for your email address and nothing else.

Our forms also include a hidden field that real visitors never see. It exists to catch automated spam submissions and collects nothing about you.

3. What we do with your project information

We use what you send to prepare your quote and, if you engage us, to carry out the engineering work.

One point deserves to be stated plainly, because it is specific to this kind of work: if you hire us, project information such as the property address becomes part of the permit documents. Sealed drawings and calculations are submitted to your county building department, and permit records held by a county are generally public records under Florida law. That is a normal part of obtaining a permit, but it is worth knowing before you send us an address.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to send you marketing unrelated to your enquiry.

4. How form submissions reach us

This website is hosted on Netlify, and form submissions are handled by Netlify Forms. That means a submission — including any file you attach — passes through and is stored on Netlify’s systems before it reaches us. We then reply by email, phone, or WhatsApp, whichever you asked for.

Netlify also keeps standard server logs of requests to the site, which include IP addresses.

5. Analytics and advertising measurement

The site uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-Q4YVQNX5NF) on its pages. It sets cookies in your browser and collects information such as your approximate location, device and browser, the pages you view, and how you arrived at the site.

Alongside standard page views, we record when someone clicks a phone number, clicks a WhatsApp link, or submits a form. These are counted as events; we use them to understand which pages lead to enquiries.

Google Analytics is linked to Google Ads so that enquiries can be attributed to advertising. This measurement is handled by Google.

6. Other third-party services on this site

• Cal.com — the Book a Call page loads a scheduling widget from Cal.com. If you book through it, your booking details are handled by Cal.com.
• Google Fonts — pages load typefaces from Google’s font servers, which means your browser makes a request to Google when a page loads.
• jsDelivr — the 3D structure designer page loads its graphics libraries from the jsDelivr public CDN.

Loading a file from any of these providers discloses your IP address to that provider, as it does with any resource a browser fetches.

7. Contacting us outside the website

The site links to WhatsApp, SMS, phone, email and Instagram. If you use those, the conversation takes place on that platform and is covered by that platform’s own terms and privacy policy, not this one. We keep the messages you send us so we can answer them and keep track of your project.

8. How long we keep information

Where an enquiry becomes a project, the information and files form part of our engineering project record and are retained with it. Where an enquiry does not become a project, we keep it while it is still useful to follow up. You can ask us to delete an enquiry at any time.

9. Your choices

• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Analytics cookies are not required for the site to work.
• Google publishes a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics across all sites.
• You can write to us at cleber@francaengineering.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it.

10. Children

This site offers engineering services to property owners and contractors. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change how the site collects or uses information, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
